(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER)
ORDER 2021
Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the A76 Glasgow Street (Dual Carriageway section) Dumfries between Galloway Street and Lochfield Road Roundabout (Northbound only) from 9am to 5pm daily between 09/08/21 and 13/08/21.
The closure is necessary to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.
Alternative route Eastbound available via Albert Road, Terregles Street and Lochfield Road and Westbound via Buccleuch Street, Academy Street, Edinburgh Road, A75(T) and A76 Glasgow Road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained
