The sell out Open Garden Day at Portrack Garden of Cosmic Speculation near Dumfries is taking place on Sunday 5 May – 11.00 am to 5.00pm.
In an effort to reduce congestion, admission is via pre-paid ticket only.(This Event has sold out, there are no tickets on the gate, entry will be by ticket only)
A Police Spokesperson stated “For vehicles attending the event there will be a one-way system in operation with vehicles leaving the A76 Trunk Road opposite Holywood Garage and travelling east and then north on the local road network to the off road car park. Exit out onto the A76 trunk road will be south of Ellisland Farm.
If attending the event please follow the signs and allow plenty of time.
If using the A76 on Sunday 5 May please expect additional traffic on the A76 in the area of Holywood, north of Dumfries.”
